Goal
Lightweight, collapsible, good-looking, renewable. Prove temporary furniture could be thoughtfully designed.
Execution
30+ iterations in Adobe, prototyped at a corrugated factory. Final design: modular flat-cut parts with unique folded geometry. Self-funded early prototypes, launched Kickstarter to fund patenting.
Challenge
Balancing form, weight, and strength was the constant puzzle. Getting 3 lbs of cardboard to hold 100 lbs required serious rethinking.
