Designed and laid out a multi-section space: 30 deluxe gaming stations with dual monitors, PS5s, and custom couches. Themed keynote stage for studio co-founder Jonathan Rogers. On-brand environmental decor, custom signage, and full food/beverage service.

Challenge
Tight timelines, lean crew. Move fast while upholding polish expected by a global franchise. Coordinating guest flow, station logistics, and event capture across zones required extreme clarity and flexibility.
